Access Plus Installation

Access Plus is available in the counties of Barron, Polk, Dunn, Washburn, and Rusk. Normal installation includes provisioning the high speed service to the demarcation point and up to 50 feet inside the home/building to a PC, hub or router. Installation includes the placement of the transceiver and antenna on the roof or outside wall. Installation does not include additional network wiring, setup or configuration of network equipment or troubleshooting network connectivity.

The customer is responsible for installation of their NIC (Network Interface Card) and troubleshooting computers that won't access the Internet on a working high speed connection. CTC is not responsible for the operation or compatibility of customer-owned equipment.

Additional IP addresses can be purchased separately for $15 per month.
