  • How do I sign up for the Dial-up Accelerator?

  • Once I've signed up, how do I install the software?

    After signing up for the Dial-up Accelerator, you will receive a CD with instructions.  Install the program per the instructions enclosed.  After you have installed the program and restarted your computer, you will be prompted to enter your Chibardun email address and password in order to activate the Dial-up Accelerator  Make sure you enter your complete email address, including the @chibardun.net.  You will now notice the Propel® accelerator icon at the right hand corner of your computer.

  • I'm not sure what password I am supposed to enter?

    Use your Chibardun provided password (the one assigned to you when you signed up for service)

  • How do I access settings for Ad Blocking, Pop-up Blocking, and Options?

    Using your mouse, right-click on the Propel® accelerator icon in the bottom right corner of your screen, and select either "Pop-Up Blocking" or "Options". From here, you can choose the desired tab to be modified.

  • How can I accelerate Firefox?

    If Firefox is your default browser, click on the Propel® accelerator icon in the lower right hand corner of your screen.  Select "Help".  Your browser will open to a help page with a link to install the Firefox extention.  Follow the prompts.
