How much should you pay for your membership dues? You can pay as little as $1 or as much as you like!  We value all of our Friends.  

If you're interested in actually calculating the value of your public library usage, the Maine State Library has developed a handy "Library Use Value Calculator" in which you enter the number of times your household uses specific library services, and the calculator estimates the retail value of such services.

To join the Friends, please give us the following information:

• your giving level ($1, $5, $10, $25, $50, $100, or specify another amount) with checks payable to "Friends of the Library," *
• name,
• address,
• phone number, and
• an email address, if you have one, so we can let you know of upcoming Friends events and activities.  We will not clog your inbox with unnecessary messages, and we will not share any of your contact information with anyone.

You may use our new membership form or just send your information on a piece of paper.  (Sorry, we don't have an online membership form.)
